a night snack before i go to sleep: Peanuts & Dhal

breakfast: just Black Coffee

brunch: Veg Sandwich & Limca

a stroll down to Terrace Garden, which is currently going through an upgrading. i'm here for sun bathing as a good excuse. Not to be cocooned at my home-stay i took the chances of a secret rendezvous in a daylight with a stranger i met earlier on. nice person to talk to and nice knowing you.

i joined a big group of Muslim crowd in procession to and from Masjid Sharif located at Sector 45B. taking pictures in random before i decided to go home to rest.

me & my home-stay host went to a market to buy some Vegetables & Paneer (Indian Cheese). we had planned last night to cook something different from their usual dish. while in the market i grab an Indian pastry called 'Cream Roll'. the pastry a bit hard to bite but the cream was tasty, i like. my host grab 4 pieces of Samosas to bring home for dinner snack before we launched ourselves in the kitchen to cook.

i whipped out my skill and improvised a recipe. we are making 'Paneer in Peanut Sauce'. my version of my popular local dish in Singapore called 'Tahu Goreng'. we cooked Plain Rice & a friend came over later, brought us Prata & Bhindi (Lady Finger) dinner is ready.

"Paneer in Peanut Sauce"
INGREDIENTS:
1 block of Paneer (Indian Cheese)

2 tbsp Sugar
5 tbsp Cooking Oil
