12.09.14 Fri : Quiet Day

morning breakfast was home-made honey cornflakes with almonds.

hmmm... can't help but to notice,
i think my body kind of use to the 4 hours sleep.
it became a regular no matter what time i turned in after night shift.
i am up by 2pm. let see for this coming days.
so far I'm okay, Alhamdulillah

grandma bought take-away dinner.
mee goreng mamak.
a bite or two will do.
another changes in my meal pattern.
i eat lesser, hrmmm...
