it feels like i was smacked back in Delhi once more.
having an authentic South Indian food
with a thrown-in feel of a broken toilet door,
server don't speak English, a choking sink with 'paan' stains
& stacks of cut vegetables visible through kitchen door.
thank goodness food preparations area are maintained,
so are the cook and serving staff and looking handsome.
must be the mustard or coconut oil effect.
all those aside, the simple meal i had was awesome...
and yes! the chaai i had was exactly the kind of tea i had on India roadside.
