easy supper. rice with omelette & blanch cabbage + sambal belacan. alhamdulillah.

took shower after setting up breakfast. freshen up before continuing the rest of the shift.
 
epok² kentang & epok² sardin + black coffee for lunch at work. an awesome combination. thank you Ms Jo.

and shift is over. I survived. go home. 

just what I needed after a long 17 hours double shift since last night. BOH lemon myrtle (herb bag) to chillax. so refreshing and soothing. alhamdulillah.

roti john. it was bought for me earlier for lunch at workplace but i brought it home for dinner. alhamdulillah.

time to rest. night...
